Configuration

• It mainly consists of a UV lamp tube, a quartz sleeve, an electronic ballast, a control box, a tank body, seals, water inlet and outlet ports, flanges, a drain valve, and other components. Some models are also equipped with additional features such as a timer, an hour meter, a pressure gauge, a temperature sensor, a UV intensity monitor, and a PLC-based remote control system. The equipment is compact, lightweight, energy-efficient, long-lasting, and cost-effective, offering significant advantages over other disinfection methods and has been widely adopted and promoted.

• 1. High‑intensity, low‑pressure UV lamps are used, employing UV‑C wavelength ultraviolet light with exceptionally high germicidal efficiency for disinfection; the lamp lifespan exceeds 8,000–10,000 hours.
• 2. A quartz sleeve with high transmittance and high purity is selected, achieving a UV transmittance of over 90%.
• 3. A world‑leading, constant‑current, high‑intensity UV‑specific ballast is employed, enabling the entire system to operate reliably under complex conditions and featuring advanced soft‑start functionality to extend both the lamp and ballast service life.
• 4. The equipment body is constructed from food‑grade 304 stainless steel, with the inner wall subjected to special polishing treatment, fully ensuring the sterilization performance of the UV system.
