Configuration

• It consists of a water supply system, a dry‑powder dosing system, a dissolution and maturation system, and an automatic control system. Dry‑powder chemicals are fed from the lower part of the hopper into a pre‑mixer, where they are pre‑mixed with clean water. The moistened material then enters a preparation tank for dilution and blending, with the concentration adjusted according to user specifications. The prepared solution flows from the preparation tank through a maturation tank and into a storage tank; when the liquid level in the storage tank reaches the high‑level threshold, the dosing process automatically stops, and when the level drops to the low‑level threshold, the dosing process resumes automatically. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with agitators to ensure thorough dilution and maturation of the chemical. The flow rate and concentration of the prepared solution can be adjusted by regulating the influent water flow and the rotational speed of the screw shaft.
