The diaphragm is manufactured using a multi-layer composite structure: the first layer is an ultra‑tough, acid‑resistant Teflon film; the second layer is EPDM elastomeric rubber; the third layer is a 3.0 mm SUS304 supporting core; the fourth layer is reinforced with nylon fibers; and the fifth layer is fully encapsulated with EPDM elastomeric rubber, effectively extending the diaphragm’s service life.
