Configuration

  • Special-shaped rake teeth made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon 66, nylon 1010, or stainless steel are assembled in a specific sequence onto the rake‑tooth shaft, forming a closed‑type rake‑tooth chain. The lower portion of this chain is installed in the inflow channel. Driven by the transmission system, the entire rake‑tooth chain—on its water‑facing working surface—moves upward, carrying solid debris out of the liquid while allowing the liquid to pass through the gaps between the teeth.

Features

  • Thanks to the rationally designed rake‑tooth structure, when the tooth chain carries debris to the upper end and reverses direction, a relative self‑cleaning motion occurs between the two adjacent rows of rake teeth, enabling the debris to fall off under gravity. Additionally, a pair of rubber‑plate brushes at the rear of the equipment, rotating in the opposite direction to the tooth chain, ensures that each row of rake teeth is thoroughly brushed clean as it reaches this position.
